To fulfill the dream of India’s Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to providing housing for all, the development Authorities of India are launching housing schemes for different segments of the society. Gorakhpur Development Authority is one of those authorities who launched a new housing scheme. The authority has launched Vasundhara Enclave Phase-II Housing Scheme under Goutam Vihar Extension Housing Scheme.
The Authority invites applications for the allotment of remnant MIG flats from general public. Under the scheme total 60 3BHK (Stilt+3) type flats are offered by the authority. The estimated area of flat is about 104.39 square meter available at the cost of Rs. 32,95,000/-.
How to Apply: For registration application form can be downloaded from the official website of Gorakhpur Development Authority and application forms are also available at the following bank branches situated at the head office of Gorakhpur Development Authority at the cost of Rs. 400/-.

Registration for the scheme has been started from 14 August 2015 and the last date of application submission is 13 September 2015.
