Gorakhpur Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of flats in Vasundhara Enclave Phase-II under Gautam Vihar Extension Housing Scheme. Under the scheme the authority has offering MIG flats for 3BHK Type (Stilt+3). The Scheme is launched under GDA New Housing Scheme 2015.
Total 240 units are on offer for general public and the unit has covered standard area of 104.39 square meter. The units are available at the estimated cost of Rs. 32,95,000/-. Registration amount for flat for general public is 10% of estimated cost while reserved category will have to pay only 5% of estimated cost of flats.

Applications form can also be obtained via post by submitting a draft of Rs. 450/- in favor of Secretary Gorakhpur Development Authority, Gorakhpur. It can also be downloaded from the official website of Gorakhpur Development Authority but the applicant who will download the application form from the website will have to pay the cost of application at the time of submitting registration amount. Last date of application form submission is 25 June 2015.
For the allotment of flats General Applicants & Reserved Applicants have to pay the registration amount of 10% & 5% of estimated cost respectively. The registration amount will be submitted via Cash/ CTS Bank Draft/CTS Bankers Cheque in favor of Secretary Gorakhpur Development Authority, Gorakhpur in the given banks mentioned above.
