Gorakhpur Development Authority again invites applications for flats in Lohia Enclave Awasiya Yojana. The authority invites applications from the Middle Income Group of the society for the allotment of remaining flats in the scheme. This time only 65 units are being offered by the authority for the allotment.
The authority has started the registration and sale of application from today 27 April 2016 and the last date of application submission for Lohia Enclave Awasiya Yojana is 26 May 2016.
Under the scheme, 3BHK flats having an estimated area of 104.39 square meter are being offered by the authority and the estimated cost of flats is around Rs. 33,03,860/- for single unit.
The registration amount for general category is 10% of estimated cost of a units while the reserved applicants will have to pay only 5%.

How to Apply:
The application for the allotment of flats can be purchased within the registration period from 27 January 2016 to 26 May 2016. Forms are available in the office of Gorakhpur Development Authority. It can also be purchased from Andhra Bank Branch, Taramandal, Gorakhpur by paying the cost of application form. The registration terms and condition and other details are available on the official website of GDA Gorakhpur. The dully filled application to be submitted alongwith the registration amount at same place on or before 26 May 2016.
