Gorakhpur Development Authority has announced the draw result dates of Lohia Enclave Phase-1 Housing Scheme. The draw of lots for Lohia Enclave Awas Yojana will be held on 18 April 2015 by Time 11:00. Registration for the scheme was offered in the registration period from 16 March 2015 to 30 March 2015.
Under the scheme total 492 units of 3BHK Type (Stilt+3) were on offer. The estimated area of flat is about 104.39 square meter and the estimated cost of a unit is about Rs. 28,59,000/- without Service Tax.
The authority also announced the list of applicants for the same which has been uploaded on the website of GDA Gorakhpur and the list is also available on the notice board of authority office. The list of applicants can be accessed by using the link given below
