Ranchi Municipal Corporation invited applications for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Ranchi, for providing pucca houses to the those people who are living in kutcha house and last date of submitting PMAY Ranchi application form is 30 April 2017.
Interested one can take benefits of the scheme living in the Ranchi Municipal Corporation area. Under the scheme, RMC Ranchi will construct affordable houses for PMAY beneficiaries.
RMC Ranchi PMAY Application Form
For the PMAY Phase-I in Ranchi, RMC Ranchi Municipal Corporation will start a demand survey from 17 April 2017 to get the estimate requirement of affordable housing in the area. The application form will either be invited through online mode or through offline mode of registration.
pmaymis.gov.in is an official web portal where anyone, who is eligible for the PM Awas Yojana, can fill the the online application form. The source informed that for offline registration, application form will be available in RMC office. Dully filled application form to be submitted in the RMC office along with requirement documents before last date 30 April 2017.
Location
Flats/houses under Ranchi PM Awas Yojana will be constructed in Edalhatu in Bundu, Ranchi, HEC, Valmiki Nagar.
The first phase of PMAY in Ranchi will cover about 150 slums which has been selected by RMC for the development under the scheme.
Flats Types
Two types of houses will be constructed under the housing for all scheme in Ranchi. The size of first type of flats will be 300 square feet and the second type of house will be come in the size of 700 square feet.
Eligibility Criteria & Income Limit
The people who are living in the Ranchi from 2015 and having a valid residential proof of the area will only be able to fill the application form for the scheme. As a proof of your residency, you can attach your rental slips or any other government authorised residence proof.
Now come to point of income, the people those annual income is less than Rs. 3 lakh will be eligible to apply for type-1 flat and second type of flats, the applicant annual income should be less than Rs. 6 lakh.
