Launched in February 2015, Yamuna Expressway Authority is expected to announce the draw result of its mult-storey flat scheme in Sector 22A within this month. According to communication with an authority official, the authority will announce the draw result as soon as possible within this month. However the exact date of the draw result has not been revealed by the authority official.
Earlier, the draw result of the scheme was expected to be announced in last month, i.e. June as published with the scheme launch advertisement. Application were floated between 23 February to 24 March 2015 for the allotment of 1900 multi-storey flats in sector 22A.
There are 1400 1BHK flats (G+4) and 500 2BHK flats (G+7) under the scheme with an area of 525 square foot and 500 square foot respectively.
The cost of 1BHK flats under the scheme is Rs. 15.49 Lakh while the 2BHK flat winners will have to pay Rs. 27.96 Lakh to own the flat.
