After the draw result of DDA housing scheme 2014 for 25034 flats, documentation will be required for all successful applicants. DDA will set-up documentation camp for all successful applicants to verify their documents legally. The camps will be situated at DDA headquarters, Vikas Sadan in New Delhi.
UPDATE: DDA Housing Scheme 2014 Allotment Camps from 19 December
Demand and allotment letters can be obtained from the camp. The allotment of flats under the housing scheme will automatically cancelled in case the payment is not made in within the given period and any deposited amount will be refunded by DDA without any interest.
List of Documents Required for Allotment
The allottees of ready to move flats under the housing scheme will get the possession in March 2015. The housing scheme 2014 is the biggest housing scheme ever launched by DDA. Under the housing scheme total 25034 flats are on offer out of which 22,627 flats are 1 BHK for LIG category and only 2360 flats are in ready to move condition.
The construction work of flats have been completed 60% to 90% and the flats with 90% completion will be completed within next 6 months according to the authority and allottees will get possession very soon.
Is it possible to physically see the actual flat allotted under DDA Housing Scheme 2014 or sample flat now before taking a decision on whether to retain or withdraw.

DDA is not distributing Allotment letter in the Camp. They are verifying documents and taking those along with bio-metric. They are providing User ID and Password so that we can track the status by logging in to DDA site with this user ID and Password. Next step is DDA will send allotment/demand letter to corresponding address and after receiving the same we can make payment to DDA. Interesting thing is that we are not getting the page in DDA site to do the log in.

Till date i haven’t received the allotment letter which was supposed to be sent to the registered address through speed post within 15 days of the announcement of the result.
Please let me know if i do not receive the allotment letter, whom should i contact? I got the allotment in Narela, G8. When DDA will organize a camp for document verification for Narela.
I am concerned since i will be out of town for 15 days and if DDA organizes the camp during this period i will not be able to submit document.

Like most of us here even I’m waiting for both allotment letter and date of camp. As far as I can tell only camps for Dwarka have been done so far. I have a feeling the camps would be held in phased manner for different locations.
Also someone told here that allotment letters arent being even at these camps. They just capture your biometric, issue u login/password so you can track.

Yes, anyone who has got allotment can go to DDA for document verification from Jan 1 till Jan 31 (not only till Jan 15). This month long camp is not area wise.
So assuming some Narela allottees can get document verified and arrange payment by Jan 15, they will get possession. This is all theoretical.
It is still not clear how and when allotment/demand letter will be given. Someone on this forum commented that during Dwarka camp DDA just took biometrics. The letters will be sent later.
where to login with the User ID and Password received in DDA Camp? nothing is there in DDA site to login.

Dought is that ,will DDA individually send letter to all allottee to confirm that flat no.—— is allotted his name and call for verification of docs or allottee has to act his own on the basis of news receiving to him through various medium. Here I am talking about those allottee lived in other far states.
