Delhi Development Authority is all set to launch its next mega housing scheme in December 2016. Its less than one year when DDA housing scheme 2016 will be launched largely for the high income group of the society.
The flats on offers in DDA housing scheme 2016 will be about 60000 and it will be the biggest ever housing scheme of DDA. According to the official statement released in September 2015, the authority will be offering about 60K flats under the scheme compared to about 25K in 2014 scheme.

In March 2016, Delhi Development Authority is also putting on sale about 10,000 flats returned by the winners of housing scheme 2014.
DDA is listing all the flats which have been returned by the 2014 winners and are ready for allotment. Over 9000 flats have been returned by the allottees just because of the small sizes of rooms.
According to the DDA officials, the applicants did not see the flats before applying, however sample flats were open for the interested applicants to visit and check before applying for the scheme.
