After successfully holding the allotment camps for Dwarka flats, the Delhi Development Authority is all set to organize the camps for allotment of flats in Rohini, Narela and other locations from 1st January 2015. The camps for the document verification of the allottees of DDA housing scheme 2014 are being organized at Vikas Sadan in New Delhi.

There are about 10000 combined number flats in Narela and Rohini for which the camps will be organized from 1st January 2015 for next few weeks. The camps will remain open even on Saturdays. The Delhi Development Authority will start giving the possession of flats in Narela from 15 January and Rohini from 25 January.

The possession for about 4000 flats in Narela and Rohini which are still in different stages of the construction will be given only after March 2015.

The successful applicants of all localities can submit their required documents at these counters for the verification. The authority is also sending letters to the successful applicants along with the User ID and Password to check the allotment status online.

The applicants who can not visit the camps in person can send their documents through post by 31st January 2015. It is not necessary to have the documents attested by a gazetted officers, the successful applicants can self-attest the documents.

Inn its largest ever housing schemes, Delhi Development Authority offered 25,034 flats for different categories in different localities of Delhi. The authority received more than 1 million applications for the scheme from across the country. The draw result of DDA housing scheme 2014 took place on 26 November after several delays. The waiting list of DDA scheme has also been released and there are about 1500 applicants waiting for another chance.

  4. Finally DDA has declared that Camp for Rohini and Narela Flats will be set up from 1st Jan 2015 -31st Jan 2015. There are new set of queries, which I would request the Forum members to answer:

    1) What will happen, in case we have not recieved any intimitation letter of Allotment from DDA Which shares a USer id and Password to check online Allotmnet Letter???
    2) After verification, When and how will be recieveing the Original Allotment cum Demand Letter…..Wheteher It will be handed over to us physically at the time of verififcation or will it be sent to our Address through Post? If it is sent to us through Ordinary Post then there is no guarentee when we will be recieving it. I believe, the 90 days Period would start from Date on Allotmnet letter and not from the date we recieve it…….SO IT MIGHT CREATE LAST MINUTE PANIC.

      • hi sandeep…i got a message from DDA saying” Pl attend the function presided by Hon. V.Naidu on 3.1.15 at 11 am vikas sadan ND-23 to receive allotment and possession letter of allotted flat” . I am an allottee of flat in 23b dwarka and verified the docs.
        I dont know the authenticity of the message but if any body come to know pls let us know.

        Earlier it was declared that the alottment letter will be sent by registered post but today i got SMS that on 03.01.2015 at 11 am allottemnt letter as well as possession letter will be handed over to all allotees.
        2.Whats the amount we need to pay all 18 lac or 90% ? and what’s the deadline of payment(without interest)

        Regarding amount to be paid, there is 90 days time for without interest payment and after that 90 days time with interest payment.

    Thanks for sharing such vital information with us. One of my friend has got flat in Dwarka, he went to DDA office for verification of document. He has been asked to submit copy of electricity/water bill and it is mandatory that the connection must not be on DDA allottee name. They are saying that if the electricity/water connection is under your name then it shows that you have already got house in Delhi. I just want to know is it true or false. In case one has house in unauthorized colony and that person has got his name in DDA draw then what will happen?

    Is it necessary for the allottee to be present physically for verification of document.
    I am staying outside the outside delhi is it possible a family member will do verification of documents.

    • they are asking for an affidavit declaring that you and wife or family member is not having any home in delhi, and on that declaration affidavit allottee’s signature are needed.
      They did not ask for allotte, rest all on luck.

    I got the documents verified for my flat at Dwarka 23b under 2014 scheme and got a user ID and Password from verification camp to check status at DDA website. But I can’t find a place to login at DDA website, can you please help with this?

    I have been allotted an LIG at Narela G8. Its ground floor flat having plinth area somewhat 34 sq mtr.
    I am not a resident of Delhi and hence totally out of picture regarding NCR real estates trends and technicalities.
    Frankly I am not an end user. This is totally an investment plan. Will you please throw some light regarding future of DDA Narela G8 flats? I have gone through several reviews and too confused. Will going for DDA flats will be proven value for money aftee 5-8 years considering different aspects f Narela of todays and tomorrow?

    I am from Maharastra and i had applied for an LIG flat and Luckily i was allotted the same in Sector 34 of Rohini.
    As per the Guidelines i was supposed to receive an Allotment letter within 15 days from the date of the Draw, sir it has been more than a month now and i still haven’t received the Allotment letter.
    I have no idea what has to be done now, can i go to the Verification camp and get my Allotment letter and Demand cum Allotment letter both there.
    I have tried everything i could but with no positive results.
    Pls Help me Neeraj sir, i am looking up to your guidance in this matter so that it is solved as soon as possible.

    • Dear Keshav,

      You will have to go to the applotment camp between 1st and 31st January to submit the documents and get verified. The DDA will give you the userId and password to track your allotment.

      Allotment letters will be sent later after the document verification

    There are some comments saying that we need to visit Vikas Sadan today to collect allotment cum demand letters. I am around Delhi/NCR today and can go to Vikas Sadan if the news ir true. Please confirm.

    Also is there any contact number for DDA where I can call and confirm if I need to visit DDA to collect the letter?

        • The letter will be sent later after the document verification, by post. Your wife will have to go because DDA will take your biometric ID’s as well,i.e. finger prints of the allottee.

    That is already done during Dwarka camps about 15 days ago and we received the login ID & Password after verification.

    I was confused due to the comments from other users that they received SMS from DDA that letter need to be collected from DDA office.

    So just to double check, I just need to wait for allotment letter which will come by post, right?

      2. whether Original documents required are required for doc. verification ?
      3. I am not filling income tax…SO I dont have income tax return date…so what documents are required in this case.

    • First you have to verify your documents at Vikas Sadan after then you will get allotment cum demand letter on your mailing address.

    Document required:-
    application for all categories:
    1. Self attested copy of PAN card except when application is only for EWS flat issued by income tax department.
    2. Proof of residence which is one of the following:
    Self attested copy of passport,Govt. Identity card,election card,ration card,driving licence,telephone bill,water bill,house tax receipt,bank pass book alongwith(page caring name and address),CGHS card and Aadhar card.
    3.Self attested copy of bank passbook/statement of account mentioned in the application in the application form for the last one year or copy of income tax return filled for the financial year 2012-2013 I.e assessment year 2013-2014.It should be ensured that the concerred bank has followed KYC norms of Resreve bank of India in respect of such account.
    4.Ownership proof of the property of the residence of the applicant.
    5.Proof of income of EWS category from the effice of concerned SDM/Tehsildar( For EWS category allotte only )
    6.Counterfoil/Acknowledgment of application form of DDA Housing scheme-2014(in original).
    7.Photo and signature ,duly self attested.
    8.detail of bank A/c from where the payment of cost of flat will be made to DDA.

    2.An attested copy of the original certificate issued by the medical board of a Govt. Hospital in case the applying under the reserved category of persons with disability.An attested copy of guardianship certificate,wherever application be attached.
    3.An attested copy of distance certificate from the competent authority of Ministry of Defence/Armed forces in case of ex-servicemen.
    4.An attested copy of ” Requisite certificate ” issued by the Ministry of Defence/Armed forces/Para military forces ,in case application comes under reserved category of war -windows which would include those receiving liberalised pension.

            ownership proof is something to prove that your local address mentioned in the form is not owned by you. for this i had given rent agreement. it proves that this is my rented flat not owned.

    Answers to your qestions bekow:

    1. Alotee itself need to go for verification as the bio-metric scan will be performed by DDA after verification.

    2. Original Docs are required as DDA will verify by looking at original and will keep copy, you must carry application receiptas that will be submitted during verification.

    3. I think ITR is not mendatory but not 100% sure as we had one and submitted along. Also you should have self attested copy of bank passbook along bank manager attested account statement of your bank account involved in DDA process.

    1. Do we need to attest /verify Affidavit from any Gazetted Officer ? I heard that affidavit have three forms and last one needs to be get verified by any Gazetted officer. Is that true?

    2. What national banks are providing loan for DDA allotters? I heard that SBI also giving the loan , but I visited three SBI branches in UP but they refused the same. No idea about SBI. Do anyone have applied with any nationalized bank?

    3. I didn’t get the 9th point mentioned below by @Ankur kashyap . I fill my ITR by my own every year, Where I can get “income tax ward/ circle where you are/will be filling income Tax return. “ ?

      1. Only one affidavit required for verification which you can get from outside dda office.
      Or if you have applied under any reserve category you have to submitted one attested copy from your area concern gazetted officer.
      2.yes all bank providing loan for dda it’s depends upon the branch location of bank.
      Like I also face this problem I checked one my residential near branch they are not providing loan for dda due to this branch is not authorise to loan facility so I check another branch of same bank they providing me loan for dda.so it depends upon branch location.
      3.for ITR then you have your document for ITR return just go through it you will get your ward no. / circle.

        Actually there are three pages of this affidavit. On 3rd page named as my name and address. And someone told me like we need to attest this 3rd page from any Gazetted Officer. So I m confused like what is actually required?

        Kindly detail your point no 4 that is ‘Ownership proof of the property of the residence of the applicant’.
        What documents they are accepting? I am from a village outside Delhi, and my residence is an ancestral house, which probably do not have any proof of ownership. In this case an affidavit from me along with a certificate from Village Pradhan or Sarpanch will work or Do I need to arrange anything else?

        Your help is requested in this regard.

    My mother got the flat in Narela through lucky draw. M confused as my father has a house on his name in delhi. That is in unauthorized colony. I would like to know can this aunthorized house can give any problem in my mothers allotment for DDA flat.

    • Yes, the spouse of applicant should not have a flat/plot in his/her name in Delhi, however you can contact DDA for more clarification or you can surrender the flat.

  32. my cousin (Unmarried, Age 29) sister has been the lucky winner for a LIG flat in rohini.
    I have two questions -:
    1. I want to confirm if she can go ahead with further processing for allotment (if his father has a 50 Sq yard plot in Delhi).
    I hope DDA will not have any restriction in that case.
    2. After Draw she has got married in December, and his husband did not have any property in Delhi. So, shall we ask DDA to change her marital status and accordingly we need to furnish affidavits for the same.

    Please let me know if any of the above two points can stop her to get the allotment.

    • My experience.. you can go in place of your mother… but below documents is questionable…wherein your mother signature needs to be there on first.
      1. 2 copies of DDA Verfication Form that needs to be signed at back side by applicant.
      2. Signature and Photo verfication specimen from Gazatted Officer
      3. An affidavit that states ‘No property holding declaration in Delhi’ wherein signature of the applicant is required.
      4. All supportive documents should be self attested by the applicant.

    I have 2 queries related to document verification –
    1. I took Loan from ICICI Bank for registration amount of Rs. 1 Lakh. What I understood from above posts that we need to Re-pay 1 Lakh to Bank then will receive the orgininal DDA acknodgelement slip to present.
    2. I am rented in Gurgaon but I filled my Permanent residence of Uttarakhand in application form. SO will it suffies if I present any address proof of permanent address or I need to present local address also.

    • I am serving in defence at Assam and my permanent address is in UP. house is on father’s name. what type of certificate for ownership should I produce. if I produce aadhar card then also do I need to produce the crtificate

    • Make sure you hold the DDA acknowledgement slip i.e. the counter foil at the time of document verification visit, as then only your documents can be submitted.
      For second query, you need to present any address proof of permanent address…if thats a parent owned property then submit the Electricity Bill in name of your father, Water Bill, Gas connection bill.

    I have gone through the verification process and submitted the documents. But when I reached home I found that I have attached a wrong affidavit (annexture E instead of annexture C). Now I have sent the affidavit through speed post (attaching the photocopy of receiving provided by DDA official at the time of verification). I have sent it to
    Reception Counter 4, DDA, Vikas Sadan.
    Is there anything else I need to do? Is there any need to go there personally to get the issue resolved?
    During the camp they have not given any user-id and password, but they have told that user-id, password and demand letter will be sent to me through speed post.
    But I am not sure if I have made a mistake and they can cancel my allotment on the basis of above mentioned issue.

  49. Today I have completed the process of verification for Rohini, at dda office vikas sadan. Now they are not providing any user id or passward. And no biometric or figerprints taken. I have asked for that, they told that they will inform after 31 jan. Also the work not completed at sec 34, still construction going on , how they will provide possession from 25th.

        although biometric recording is not going on, but they are giving a checklist form, signature of allotee is necessary in that form and the form should be submitted to them, and the copy of that form they are giving to allotee as receiving. Ya you can call me at 0930404477.

    • Hello Zeeshan come before or tell your parents to visit dda office vikas sadan INA to verifiy the documents in between 1st jan to 31 jan 2015. No body recieved allotment letter before verification. After verification you will get the letter by speed post at your adress and then demand cum alotment letter will be issue by the dda.

    • You have time until 28 February to complete the document verification. It’s done towards the left from the main entrance of Vikas Sadan.

      Even I had recieved the Letter via speedpost today i.e. 23rd Jan 2014 that shares the user id and Password and also requesting for the Document verification at Vikas Sadan before 31st jan 2015. Although the doc verification has been already done by me on 16th Jan 2014.

      There is one more shocking news. DDA had uploaded the cost of the flats alloted under DDA Housing Scheme in their website and shockingly they have increased the Total Cost by a considerable amount which is higher than that was mentioned in the Brochure. There are three components to the Cost: Dspsl Cost, Land Premium and Other charges. DDA has now started dictating their terms as already the Flat size is so small and also to make it worse they have increased the cost by a considerable amount. Its better to Surrender than to pay such a high cost for such a small flat.

          No communication from DDA since I got my user id and password on 23rd jan 2015. Online system shows demand letter generated on 24th jan 2015 but not recieved yet. Online system is too confusing as it just shows the demanded amount. There is no mention about the Total cost and also there is no record of the Rs 1 lakh( registration money) already paid.

          Need to avail Home Loan but it seems to be technically very difficult as DDA has made it mandatory to pay thru the Online system by generating challan. Can somebody advise whether we can generate two seperate challans for self contribution and Bank contribution for the Total demanded amount. Also advise whom to contact for Allotment letter and PTM (permission to Mortgage) which is mandatorily required by bank for disbursal.

          In case you are thru with the verification and have recieved letter with user id and password then you can check the cost after logging into the Online system https://dda.gov.in

      • Mr Kumar consider only disposal cost land premium included in it if ur flat is in sector 34 rohini then the disposal cost of flat is 13.14 to 13.37Lacs + other charges which 1.7 Lacs for maintenance. Total cost is 14.83 to 15.6 Lacs only as seen in brochure.

    I have gone through document verification almost 16 days back for Rohini still didn’t received any communication from DDA .
    I have taken a loan from axis bank for the 1,00000 and got a no dues .
    Will they send the communication to the bank or will they send communication to the adress we mentioned during the verification.

    • Though nobody helped me on this forum despite regular request posted by me,but
      I will try to help my clueless fellows who were like me.
      I went to dda office at vikas sadan and verified my documents.
      I requested them to pay special attention as I was coming after 3000km travelling. Luckily topmost officer was there and who helped me to generate demand letter.
      I was asked to pay 1298000 Rs after 29-1-2015 and thats all to be done by me.
      To do so, I was given username and password from DDA.
      There I can generate e-challan so that I can pay the amount. on 1st Feb I will be paying and than I will wait for further instructions from DDA.
      I hope I will get possession of flat at rohini34 in april or may.
      Biometric scan will be done than only.

    • Yes . The date for verification of documents is extended to 28 Feb 2015 from 31 Jan 2015 as per the advertisement given in Times of India of New Delhi 24 Jan edition. I also reconfirmed this fact from DDA official.

          DDA would be sending fresh demand letter after 28th Feb once again in which all details of payments would be mentioned..Again amount shown at Website i.e 1219237 for Khusboo is after deduction of 1 Lac which already we paid..So total cost is 1319237 Lac and it is 90% of the total cost of the flat..Remaining 10% we need to pay after 5 years and apart from this we will have to pay conversion charge (applicable at that time) as well..

    Demand Letter may be delivered to all users in 7-8days as DDA uploading all demand letter on website, after that you have to make payment before 31march 2015 and provide document https://dda.gov.in for Possession of flat.

    remaining 10% of construction cost will be paid after 5 years.

      • Dear Mr. Eakanand,

        Thanks for your response but I think you are confused between Loan Sanction and Loan disbursal. No bank will actually disburse without original Allotment Letter and they also need a PTM (Permission to mrtgage) from DDA. In case you got your loan disbursed without submitting Originals, then pls share the contact details of the particular bank.

            I am already in talks with all the companies you have named but none of them is ready to disburse the loan without original allotment letter and PTM. I am sure that you have misunderstood them as Loan sanction is different to Loan disbursal.

            I am also facing the same issue. My loan has been Sanctioned but for the load disbursal, they are asking for the originals of allotment cum demand letter. I got in touch with someone from DDA and he informed me for Rohini Sector Flats, the allotment cum demand letter shall be dispatched on 15th March and you can expect it to reach you by 20th Max.

    Congratulations to all for DDA flats.

    I have 3 questions:

    Firstly is it mandatory to pay the allotment cum demand amount from the same bank through which registration amount has been paid.

    Secondly can we pay the allotment cum demand amount in installments like Rs 1 Lakh paid today, Rs 1 Lakh paid tomorrow and rest of the amount after loan approval, but before 31st March 2015.

    Thirdly Suppose i have paid Rs 4 Lakh now and rest i will pay in September month, so do i need to pay the 12% interest on the whole amount demanded by DDA or after deducting Rs 4 Lakh from the demanded amount.

        I feel it should be “instalment for flat” as according to me “cost of flat” would also include other charges and balance 10% that is to be paid after 5 years. Though I am not sure but will really appreciate if somebody from Delhi confirms this from DDA. Also would be really nice if they can confirm that whether we can make two challans as RTGS limit is Just 10 Lacs per day. This will be helpful for all.

      Do you have any idea around the account details of DDA where the RTGS needs to be done. The Online system used to generate e-challan just shows the IFSC code of various banks but we need the complete account number where the RTGS is to be done.

            Also I feel that we should go ahead with generating two challans as the validity of challan for making payment is 15 days. It is not necessary that both the amounts are transferred on the same day.

      In next 2-3 years Metro will be there. As of now nearest metro is Jahangirpuri which is around 12-14 KM from Narela. The area has potential of huge development particularly Academic and technical institution will prop up. NIT delhi new Campus is there and place is open and planned. I agree with you as of now it may look remote as compare to the place you are i am currently living.. but its for sure next development boom in delhi will happen in Narela only.

    I am PH Candidate.I got a flat on Ground floor in Narela. My verification was done on 09th Jan’15 and thereafter I recieved the user id and password. The soft copy of demand letter is not uploaded on the Online System.

    I have 2 questions:-

    1. The initial Payment in case of hire purchase allotment would be 25 % instead of 100 % of the total cost applicable for general category.

    2. 5 % rebate in the cost subject to a Maximum of Rs. 1 lakh will be given to PH quota.

    I have generated challan. It gives me info on Bneneficiary Name, Pay to Account No, Bank name – as Icici Bank and IFS code. When I went to icici bank they told me that they can not do RTGS from ICICI to ICICI. I am not very clear on how to make payment now. Where I will go to make payment.

      also you can now generete a new challan and than go againt to icici as rtgs cannot be done with same bank ie icici to icici . so choose a different bank

    I have some doubts.it is mentioned that the amount payable will be same on 31 March and also on April 19. So the last date to deposit the amount is April 19?

      • yaar as far as i know kissi ko original ya physical demand letter nahi aaya hai. login id aur pswd ka koi khaas fayda nahi hai cos kaafi logo ko online bhi demand letter nai mila hai including me. agar aaya bhi hai to koi fayda nai cos apko physical letter chahiye.
        DDA ja kar poochne mein koi harz nai hai. But we are all in the same boat, no one has got any communication after that.

    While it may be possible to go collect it from DDA office, I cannot imagine they wont send it to home address. They are legally bound to do so.
    In anycase, what documents did you give or show at counter 4 to get your demand letter?

  100. For financed though banks:
    After verification you will receive letter having user name and password for online portal.
    Get allotment cum demand letter from DDA office vikas sadan and
    Get loan sanction letter from bank using allotment letter and other documents.
    Write a letter to intimate DDA regarding loan from particular bank along with loan sanction letter , Id proof , address proof along with allotment file number at counter number 4 DDA office, they will provide receipt of acceptance and letter of LIEN.
    Submit letter of LIEN and original allotment letter cum demand letter to bank for loan disbursement.
    If you not received online user name and password visit DDA office get the same rectified.
    Still you want to make payment without online login to avoid penalty you can do the payment without online login.
    Bank will ask to make payment of 10% of total due before disbursement.
    You have to generate challan on cost of flat. Link given on DDA home page. If you have user/password then you can generate challan from login as well, use net banking option for payment of 10% amount asked by the bank.
    Please use INTERNET Explorer 6 while generating challan other wise challan will not be generated.
    From login make payment for challan generated for 10% of total due from net banking, the same will be updated on user portal as well.
    Generate final payment challan from login or DDA home page if login not availiable, the amount for which loan applied for using RGTS/NEFT option for COST OF FLAT.
    1 account number will be generated similar to challan number.
    Give it to bank while loan disbursement, bank will make payment
    Through RTGS on that account number.
    Bank can do payment more than 10 lac on 1 challan number so you can generate final challan for full amount or you taking loan amount.
    If still some amount pending after loan ,generate that amount challan and make through RTGS from BANK after giving account number on which payment to be made.
    For each challan a unique account number will be generated similar to challan number. So payment done on that challan number will be updated on your name and flat payment only.
    You can generate multiple challan on part payment but payment has to be similar to amount mentioned in challan.

    For non- financial:
    Get allotment letter from DDA office
    Generate challan on COST OF FLAT on full due amount using RTGS / NEFT.
    Share account number on which payment to be made with you bank for RTGS.
    You can make payment without online login provided by DDA but ensure your allotment not cancelled.

          I am in trouble as even after 2 and half months post payment and document submission, no response has been sent by dda. The person on counter who took the documents told that in 1 month you will get response.

          If anybody knows what to do in this case then please reply. Their online portal lists my payment but no information about current status.

            We have to furnish all possession documents and submit at DDA office and thereafter they will send possession letter and we have to take physical possession of the flat. rest you can check from

          • I had submitted payment and the docs except sale agreement on last week of february itself. All documents along with rtgs proof i submitted at a counter and got a receipt. The person at counter told that in one month you will get a letter from dda in response. I was tense as in last 75 days they did not send letter. Online account dashboard only reflected my payment and no status update.
            Today i went to dda to enquire about my possession. After spendin 90 minutes with running from corner to corner i could locate the desk and person who will solve my problem. Prima facie this problem is common with allotees.. Lot of rush for this. Yes then after explaining my issue they asked to fill a letter performa 2 copies. One given to me. I guess this is equivalent to the letter i was supposed to receive. They gave 4 copies of sale agreement and asked to fill and submit on counter.I will submit tomorrow as today it was over 5 pm. Rest i dont know but again some intimation is expected to complete sale agreement in sub registrar’s office.
            Note: If you are not known to dda sale agreement then please fill a mock copy of sale agreement and have it verified and then fill original forms. Most users may put wrong amount as i faced.

            I also want to know if i can take printout of sale agreement from dda website and use that? I did some mistake in sale agreement and the form was not available at evening.

          • Here are the info i can share..
            1. I asked my sbi account branch to do rtgs as per the challan generated by me. They gave me a receipt for rtgs transaction and i submitted photocopy of same.

            2.This may depend on your allocation area. You can go inside after passing the main hall and you will find people working left and right to entrance surrounded by almirah..argh… You need to locate correct person.

            3. I submitted every thing except sale agreement on counter 75 days back and i did give the photocopy of the receipt for that submission.

            4.I think no as no one told me. Better to go early. I have paid them what else they want.once you get final possession leter do get the physical possession in specified timeline.
            5. Yes you should carry all related docs so you can show when demanded. However i did not show originals in my visit.

  101. Sir you need to go to Vikas Sadan counter #4 and they will give you demand letter. I havent personally taken it but plenty of people have commented here.
    Personally Im ok waiting for some more time since the payment is for 3 months (until July) after which you will need to pay with interest.

  104. I have generated E-Challan, But when i try to pay online using option make Payment(if e-challan generated), it is giving me an error

    This Challan No Generated For RTGS/NEFT, You Can’t Make Online Payment !!!

    Does anyone got this error, and if then what need to be do on this.

    • While generating challan do not select NEFT/ RTGS if you want to make payment online using net banking.
      Select online mode while generating challan.
      Generate new challan again and use online mode for payment and make payment to that challan using netbanking.
      But if you want to make payment NEFT/ RTGS then take this challan number (for which you are getting error) to your bank and they will make payment NEFT / RTGS.

    • Dear Mr. Sumit, i faced similair type of problem when i generated the E-Challan but finally i made payment to DDA, so please note following points for this :-
      – when you generate E-Challan always remember that choose the different bank other than your bank because in the same bank RTGS is not possible. For example you have your account in Axis bank then please choose other bank from DDA bank list in the challan.
      – when you will generate E-Challan, it will show you DDA a/c number and IFSC Code of the bank but remember that it will show you some different account number and when you will go add it into your beneficiary list you will not be able to do this because this is special bank account number and into this only bank can make NEFT/RTGS. If you want to make the payment thru net banking it is not possible.
      – simply carry this DDA account number and IFSC code to your bank and request to the bank for NEFT/RTGS.
      -when your NEFT/RTGS will take place, after 2-3 Hrs please login into DDA site and see that your payment detail is automatically updated.

      so it is very simple to make payment to DDA.

    • I am also facing this issue, so I think we need to add the neft/rtgs DDA account (printed in challan) in our bank account for making the payment. Pls confirm, if it is correct.

    I am getting a weird problem in during RTGS transaction for ICICI bank from SBI. I have asked SBI bank to do RTGS against my E-Challan . The RTGS transactions is being done by bank is failed two times without any reason . Bank officials unable to provide me the reason for failure transactions .

    I have generated my E-Challan online with following details:

    Type Of Payment =INSTALMENT FOR FLAT
    CODE =140
    Beneficiary Name : Delhi Development Authority
    Pay to Account No : DDAH90042455
    Bank Name : ICICI Bank

      Please generate fresh challan for code 120 cost of flat and select
      NEFT/RTGS
      for each challan generated a separate DDA account number will be generated.
      IF your challan number is 90042455 then DDA account number will be DDAH90042455.

      and then share that fresh account number with ICICI bacnk for payment.

    Please help me as I’m unable to generate the challan. Here is whats happening:
    1. After keying in all the details if I click on Generate Challan, the page refreshes and I see the same form once again without no mention of whether the challan has been generated or not. When I checked my email there was no challan sent there as well. So Im thinking there is something wrong. There is no confirmation or error message anywhere.
    2. I used both Chrome and FireFox and saw similar behaviour. In Internet Explorer after I choose the drop down items, the page does not refresh to show me fresh values. For example after choosing zone it doesnt let me pick Locality.

    Any help will be highly appreciated!

    yesterday i went to DDA vikas sadan office , after making complete payment we need to submit below mentioned documents on counter no 4
    1. Copy of bank statement from margin money has been paid.
    2 affidavits
    3 undertaking
    4. id proof and pan card copy
    5 photographs with signature

    then you will get receipt from counter no 4 . also write 1 application mentioning that i am submitting these documents.

    then you go straight after entering dda office and in the last left you will get one person and he will give you 4 sale agreement and 2 copies of 1 form, that you need to fill and get it signed from the same person , then from next table one lady will enter details on her register and give u one number .

    then you need to go to counter no 6 and submit these 4 copies of sale agreement along with the receipt you received from counter 4 and one copy of form you receive from the lady.you need to purchase one file and one document with some stamps from photocopier shop ,

    on counter no 6 you will get one document of registry amount and that you need to pay in bank of Baroda,corporation bank and PNB bank limited branches , bank details are pasted on same counter no 6.

  119. Got possession letter today , will get possession after 30 days once a copy of letter is sent by DDA by post to engineer at the site of construction.

    Steps required after making payment and for getting possession letter.

    1. i visited dda office once to collect green color forms, then i purschased stamping file from the photocopy shop outside , filled those 4 green color forms
    and submitted it at the collector of stamps office. The person at the counter gave me a challan and asked me to deposit stamp duty mentioned on it. i went to corporation
    bank east of kailash and paid the duty and got STAMP PAPER indicating duty paid. i deposited the stamp paper at collector of stamps office. Then i was given a date by collector
    of stamps to collect the 3 green color forms out of 4 duly stamped from them and deposit at counter no 4.At counter no 4 i got a receipt.

    2 i was thinking my job is done but after a week i went to DDA office , it took me 5 hours to search my file. file means a brown color folder which has your appication form
    and all the documents will be put in this file only. DDA officals told me the dont have time if you want u can search here. luckily i got my file.

    3. Next step was to search all the documents which we submitted at counter no 4 amongst thousands of them lying on the floor and put them in my file.
    I took another day almost for me to search my documents. Some people documents were missing and even torned so i saw people fighting there.DDA said that they will take time
    to put in file and will call us once our file is ready. I found once set of documents the same day and another set DDA offical found and called me stating file is ready.

    4. Now my file was ready and went to accounts dept for verification. now bio metric was to be done. i took another day when i was taken for biometric by one of the staff
    member who took my file to accounts dept. The staff said come later for biometric. i conviced then in watever way i could and he allowd me. there was around 20 people
    for bio metric that day.

    5. Last step i was called next day at 230pm and given possession letter.

    6, After 30 days i need to visit the site enginner along with Water Meter and original bill and then he will give me keys.

    7. After this we need to go to dda office MUDHUBAN CHOWK rohini and show all orignals then they will give u a receipt with which you can apply for electricity meter.

    9. At last you can shift in your flat.

    • Thanks Ankit, but i mean wow, this is scary!
      Is DDA even interested in handing over the possession??? They are ever so keen to levy interest should you default on payment date but on their part there is no accountability.

      Can you please tell after how many days of paying stamp duty you got the possession letter of your flat and what is position to get your flat’s physical possession.

  121. After making full payment, will they send possession letter by post or we have to visit DDA office to get the possession letter.
