Yesterday, a meeting was organised with an agenda of DDA upcoming housing scheme 2016-17 and the proposal of the scheme was presented in front of DDA Senior officials and taking a review, they approved the DDA Flat Scheme 2016-17.

However the date of online registration is not announced in the meeting, it is expected that the online application for DDA housing scheme 2016 may be rolled out in the month of January due to demonetisation.

Flats in the scheme are located in Sarita Vihar, Jasola, Dwarka, Pitampura, Sukhdev Vihar, Narela, Rohini, Jahangirpuri, Loknayakpuram, Dilshad Garden, Paschim Vihar, Bindapur and Mukherjee Nagar.
Online Registration & Applications:
DDA has announced the scheme but the registration date in still in the pocket of DDA official. According to the source, the registration and online applications for DDA Scheme 2016-17 will be rolled out in the end of December or in the start of January 2017.
Registration Amount:
Not a much hike in the registration amount. From couple of months, it was published in a newspapers that the registration amount may hike upto Rs. 5 lakh but the registration amount is hiked but not this much.
The registration amount for LIG, Janta, and EHS flats is Rs. 1 lakh while for MIG and HIG flats, the applicants will have to pay Rs. 2 lakh as registration fee.
