DDA’s New Housing Scheme is going to link with PM Narendra Modi’s ambitious scheme to make is easier for people who wanted to buy house in Capital. DDA Housing Scheme, which was offering approximately 13,000 flats will be linked with Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. After both housing schemes are tied up, applicants will be able to buy house if they fulfill all requirements of PMAY.

Officials were about to launch DDA Housing Scheme but they planned to tie up PMAY & DDA Housing Scheme together. Thus launching of this scheme became delayed. Sooner DDA will launch Housing Scheme, which is in last stage.
Benefits of DDA Housing Scheme 2017
Officials also decided to provide benefits of PMAY to beneficiaries.
Candidates who has taken home loans will be provided subsidy in interest.
EWS, LIG & MIG category candidates can get benefit by saving upto Rs. 2.5 lakh.
All candidates can apply for this scheme, whether they meet all requirements of PMAY or not.
