Get ready for most awaited housing scheme of Delhi Development Authority because the launch date of DDA housing scheme 2017 has been announced. As per the information received from Navbharat Times, DDA flat scheme 2017 will be launched on 30 June and from the same day, online and offline registration will also be started.

DDA Housing Scheme 2017
In the upcoming DDA housing scheme, over 12,000 flats would be available in the categories of EHS, LIG, MIG, Janta and HIG. And the scheme will also be linked with the central government housing programme “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana” (PMAY). Interest subsidy on housing loans under PMAY housing scheme will be provided to EWS and LIG beneficiaries.
Eligible applicants fall under the criteria of PMAY would be able to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana under DDA Housing Scheme 2017. And the beneficiaries would be provided an interest subsidy under PMAY on flats with carpet area of 110 sq. meter. PMAY housing loans will be provided by National Housing Bank & HUDCO.
DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Online Registration
As per the source informed, the sale of application brochure and offline and online registration for DDA flat scheme will start from 30 June 2017 and the last date will be 9 August 2017. And the live draw result will be webcast for the allotment of flats after collecting the respective applications.
