DDA Housing Scheme 2016 – Registrations and online application dates may be announced today for 12,000 flats. DDA (Delhi Development Authority) has completed all task to announce its ambitious housing scheme of the year. It is expected that the scheme may get its final node on today 18 November 2016.
Main Agenda of Meeting
A meeting has been scheduled for today with an agenda of DDA housing scheme 2016. The meeting was scheduled for last date but due to some reasons it was cancelled.
According the source, the DDA housing scheme is the main agenda for the authority’s meeting on today and details like registration and application etc will be announced by the evening. Almost all the tasks for the launch of the scheme has been completed. Once the proposal is approved in the meeting, the launch date of the scheme will be declared.
The registration and application for DDA flat scheme is likely to be launched by the end of November or in the start of December 2016.
Details of Flats in DDA Upcoming Scheme
The authority is planning to add around 12,000 flats in DDA upcoming scheme. Majority of these are 1BHK which was surrendered in DDA 2014 scheme. Around 10,000 flats were surrendered in that scheme and 2,000 DDA flats are vacant which are included in the scheme.
Location of Flats
Most of the scheme in DDA Scheme 2016 are located in Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Vasant Kunj and Jasola.
Registration & Application Process – Completely Online:
Complete process of registration and application for flats in DDA scheme may goes online. According to the source, for the first time, DDA plans to make the entire process online, from buying the brochure to payments for the flats. Source informed that Online process is being introduced to avoid long queues outside the DDA headquarters and to make the scheme transparent
Home seeker of DDA scheme 2016, will have to pay Rs. 1.5 lakh for LIG and Rs. 5 lakh for MIG at the time of application as a registration amount. It was earlier informed by DDA about the hike of registration fee for flats.
The last scheme was launched in 2014 for 25,040 flats, offered for all categories for which the authority received around 10 lakh application.
