As per the one month promise, Delhi Development Authority“>Delhi Development Authority is all set to refund the registration amount by 24 December to all unsuccessful applicants of its Housing Scheme 2014. The draw result of DDA housing scheme was announced on 26th November and if the authority is able to process the refund by 24th December, it will definitely live up to the promise made.
The Delhi Development Authority will transfer the amount to the bank account of the unsuccessful applicants which was filled in the application form by 18 December. The authority has directed all the banks to make sure that the registration amount is refunded to the individual bank accounts of respective applicants. The authority charged Rs. 1 Lakh from LIG, HIG and MIG applicants and Rs. 10,000/- from the EWS applicants as the registration amount.
Earlier, DDA was supposed to refund the money within 90 days after the draw of lots but later it decided to refund it back in 30 days. The authority offered 25,034 flats for different categories at different locations across the city and received over a million (10,08,985 to be specific) applications from across the country.
The authority has also released the waiting list for 2014 housing scheme where there are about 1500 applicants. There will be a separate draw held after about 10 months for the applicants in waiting list from the surrendered or unsold flats.
The authority is about to begin the camps for allotments of flats for the successful candidates.

I applied for DDA using HDFC link using payumoney .Bank also used is hdfc bank. Still I did not get refund but my lot of friends already got it on Dec 27/Dec28 .

I have done the payment from my ICICI account but as the application is on my husband name ..so in refund particulars I have given my husband back account details which is of Union Bank of India..
So which bank is actually doing delay in my case.. ICICI bank or Union Bank ?
ICICI bank is delaying, however DDA has issued notice to the banks regarding delaying in refunds, you should receive it within next few days

HDFC BANK IS SAYING THEY WILL REFUND IN DEMAND DRAFT NOT ON LINE AS SAID EARLIER BY 5TH OF Jan’15

i had submitted my application for dda flats vide application no.1182119 for Rs 1.00 lac draft attached to it but no refund has been recieved till date. I had applied through manual form submission process in Union Bank of India at kailash Colony Branch at New Delhi. But i was unsuccessful, nor my name appears in the waiting list also.
