The long wait of the applicants of DDA housing scheme 2014 has ended today as the authority has announced the draw result today for the allotment of 25,034 flats under its largest ever housing scheme 2014. Download the list of successful applicants of DDA Draw 2014 using the links below.
The live webcast of the DDA draw started at 10:30 AM however the actual draw began at 11:30 AM and the applicants watched the draw result live below. Only about 2360 successful applicants will be given possession of flats by March 2015, however the authority is expected to complete the remaining construction and finishing work very soon.

There are 22,627 flats out of total are 1 bedroom for LIG category and only 2360 flats are in ready to move condition. The construction work of rest of the flats have been completed 60% to 90%. The flats with 90% completion can be completed within next 6 months according to the authority.

There are 700 EWS flats under the housing scheme and rest are MIG and HIG. The authority is also selling 811 flats which were left vacant in its earlier schemes. The prices of old flats will be less compared to the new ones.
Out of the 896 old flats, 21 are HIG, 49 MIG, 451 LIUG 129 expandable flats and 161 Janta flats. The cost of Janta flats is Rs 5 Lakh 61 thousand.

DDA will issue the notice to cancel/surrender the flat if any winner want to, then will issue the demand/allotment letters.

I got a one LIG in Dwarka under DDA 2014 scheme. Problem is I am out of India now for some assignment. Is my physical presence required to take the handover/possession from DDA ?
