Delhi Development Authority Schemes & Projects – DDA News” href=”https://www.masterplansindia.com/delhi/delhi-development-authority-schemes-projects-dda-news”>Delhi Development Authority after several delays has finally fixed the date of draw for its Housing Scheme 2014. The draw of lots will be held on 17th November at 11:30 AM. The applicants can watch the DDA Draw Live on Youtube and the list of successful candidates will be uploaded to DDA website thereafter.

UPDATE: The draw has been postponed once again.

Initially the DDA draw was scheduled to be announced on 14th November but has been postponed to 17th due to some technical reasons. The authority has been conducting trial runs of the draw since 10th November.

Delhi Development Authority has received a total of about 10 Lakh applications through both online and offline modes. The authority sold about 17 Lakh application forms through the banks. The number of applications received were very less than the expectations. The main reason of receiving the less number of applications could be the 5 year lock-in period which DDA introduced for the first time.

DDA Housing Scheme 2014 is the largest ever scheme of the authority where 25,034 flats are on offer for all categories. The live webcast of the draw has also been introduced for the first time in the history of DDA. The authority has partnered with government agency C-DAC for the live webcast.

Master Plans India wishes all the applicants and its visitors BEST OF LUCK for the mega housing draw.
