Really frustrating for the applicants of DDA Housing Scheme 2014, the draw of the flats has been once again postponed due to last minute technical glitches. The authority set an almost final date of 17th November then 24th November for the draw after missing three initial dates of 5th, 10th and 14th November.
LATEST UPDATE: The draw of lots will be announced tomorrow on Tuesday, 25th November.

Reports suggest that applicants will have to wait for 2-3 more days before the draw comes out. DDA was conducting the dry runs since 10th November and has been unable to complete the computerized draw process within 6 hours in its latest attempt and hence the draw has been delayed.
Initially DDA technical experts estimated the draw to be completed within 2-3 hours but it is taking more than 8 hours due to very high number of applications, about 1 Million. DDA may rope in more inputs from the technical experts to conduct the draw more efficiently without any further glitches.
DDA draw whenever it takes place can be watched online on YouTube as the authority’s system department and the government agency C-DAC (Center for Development and Advanced Computing) has partnered to webcast the draw. The authority has also prepared an official website for the draw where the applicants can visit and watch the live webcast.
Untill then, applicants can still check the status of their applications on DDA official website.
Look like big a scam… government employee or management can never be professional in there work….
I am already smelling something fishy in this….CORRUPTION…..Maybe DDA officials want to tune the system in a way that only desirable Application numbers come out at the time of Actual Draw….This is technically possible with little bit of coding and testing and this could be the most likely reason for delay…..

you are truly right. DDA dry run if desirable Application number not coming so they are postponing the result again. DDA shuold give proper reason to media why they fail four time to declare the result.
it is surely a case of corruption as they are trying to modify algorithm such that which can generate some particular application numbers only, smelling rat, and it is surprising that it is happening under open sky and no one in Govt is questioning it…

approx 26 day.
and DDA says that our software working not properly taken approx 6-8 hours
we already wait 26 day for result.

I donтАЩt understand the logic of DDA that they wish to complete the process of draw in 2 hours and the software is doing the same in 6 to 8 hours.
This is not too much complicated algorithm anybody can write within 2 days to Randomize 10 lac records. It puts a lot of question mark upon the DDA and above all the genuineness of DRAW.
More than 10 Lacks of common people money are stuck in DDA applications and cannot even invest in other schemes because of delay in draw. DDA should understand the importance of time and money behind whole process and must do the needful on priority.
