Delhi Development Authority had issued allotment letters to the allottees of Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 on 26, 27 and 28 November January and is now asking for the deposit of the first installment of the premium.
The allotment-cum-demand letters were sent to the residential addresses via post to the allottees of the scheme. The allottees were required to pay the demanded amount which is the first installment of the premium within 60 days after the issue of letters.
It has already been more than 60 days but still many applicants have not deposited the amount and the authority has decided to extend the date of premium deposit to 16 February 2015.
DDA has not made any changes to the schedule of payment of 2nd and 3rd installment. The authority will issue the possession letters of plots in sector 28, 29 and 30 on or after 16 February subject to the payment of first installment.
The possession letters of plots in sector 34 part 1 will be issued from 1st March 2015 subject to the payment of full premium and submission of documents.
The allotment-cum-demand letters for the plots falling in sector 34 part 2, sector 35, 36, 37 and 38 will be issued after 31st march 2015.
The demand cum allotment letter of 1981rss which is uploaded by DDA on its website is original???? The demand cum allotment letter sent by DDA to me through post is misplaced.So what should I do now?

I am allottee of plot No. 114, Pocket C-2 in sector 36, Rohini scheme 1981 and wish
to deposit the total amount of the plot. Pl. advise me the amount to be deposited so that I am able to do it immediately.
Want to know when is the allotments for Sec.36 are opening. let me know the exact time, its been long waiting.
According to draw result of Rohini residential scheme-1981[LIG]held on 8/8/2014 we were alloted a plot in sector-38,we got allotment letter also but since then we are not getting any information from DDA.What to do now? Please guide me
