Delhi Development Authority, after announcing the draw result of Housing Scheme 2014 on 26th November will held the allotment camps from 19th December. Initially, the camp will be held for the winners of Dwarka Sector 23B flats. The three day camp on 19, 20 and 22 December will be held at Vikas Sadan.
UPDATE: DDA Rohini & Narela Allotment Camps from 1st January
The authority invites all the winners of Dwarka Sector 23B to come along with the required documents such as affidavits, biographical details, income certificate, bank statement etc. and others. Below are the details of camps such as location, list of documents required and the allottees information.
The authority offered a total of 25,034 flats under its biggest ever housing scheme and received more than a million applications. However, many winners of the flats are willing to surrender because of the locality or the floor. A draw for the allotment of surrendered or unsold flats will be held after around one year and the winners will be announced from the waiting list.

- An affidavit declaring that "I or my wife/husband or my dependent (including minor children) do not own in full or part on Freehold or Lease Hold basis any residential plot or house in the Urban area of Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantt (in original).
During the Camp, once the documents are verified, the successful allottees will be allotted a Unique I.D./Password number and also their bio-metric details will be captured. The demand-cum-allotment letter will be sent to the successful applicants/allottees by speed post at their correspondence address.

Delhi Development Authority has also started the process of refund of registration amount of unsuccessful applicants and the amount will be deposited into the bank accounts of the applicants by December 24.

In my case the registration money was bank financed and there was no acknowledgement slip given by the bank. I visited bank yesterday and asked for the acknowledgment slip giving reference of the DDA Advertisement for documents required in Camps but still bank refused to give the acknowledgement slip. I was told that they will not be giving the acknowledgement slip till we deposit full loan amount that is 1 Lakh. Although i have collected the loan a/c statement from them to show during the DDA camp. Pls tell me what to do in this case??? My fear is that DDA might not cancel my allotment for this reason…..My Flat is in Rohini sec 34 and camp date is yet to be announced.

dear kumar …you have to present the slip in original to DDA so first pay the amount of 1 lac n take the NOC or slip. Its necessary. I have been there in the camp n came to know about this.

DDA will publish the date of camp 2-3 days in advance, do not worry. The allotment letter will be given after the document verification in the camps

I have some important information for those who want to surrender their flat.
I want to surrender my flat as well.
After declaring the list of flat allottees there was no communication from DDA. The problem that still prevails was I could not contact DDA as their toll free number was not working. Most of us have tried that. I was then compelled to go to DDA office.
I reached the office. This is what I could find out:
1. The deadline for allotment of Dwarka flats has been extended to 2-3 more days. Further information will be published in leading newspapers like Hindustan times.
2. Most probably, the next allotment would be for Rohini flats as speculated by one of the DDA employees. Check newspapers.
3. Important: I asked one DDA official- “why did I not receive any demand letter from DDA till now?” He said: “Because we haven’t sent ANY”. So don’t worry if you haven’t received demand letter.
4. Now, if you want to surrender flat, then YOU HAVE TO GO TO DDA office with an application which will be written against “Director- housing” with all the documents attached. They said they would verify them. Take your ID and address proofs, copy of the application form, and copy of the bank statement. Deposit it on counter number 4 (Address: Auction Hall, D-Block, Vikas Sadan, Near INA Market, New Delhi – 110023).
5. They said they will ask for the documents through mail if application is not given with the documents. Better take them with you.
6. You can surrender the flat on or before the date of documentation camp for allotment of flats.
I am going to surrender as soon as possible.

1. On A4 size paper like in annexure F of DDA booklet paste photo & three specimen of your signature an get these attested separately (two stamp n sign) by Gazzetted officer.
2 give your bank detail for validation purpose only they just want to know the genuinity.
3 you can submit form 16 or you can file ITR now n for ward no. PAN card will show the ward no. just search google.they are accepting ITR for AY 13-14 nd 14-15.

DDA site lists all notices but it is not very easy to find them. At bottom of page “Notices” link will lead to a page where you can find link for public notices.

Dear rajesh…I am also one of d draw winner n completed verification process as I got flat in 23b. I am explaining your queries
1. Just paste a photo n three specimen signature on A4 size paper for that u can use annexure f of dda brochure n get these attested by gazzetted officer .
2. U can get d ward detail by just putting your pan card ..form 16 is ok..n they are accepting 14 15 itr there is ward no. Mentioned on ITR.
3. No affidavit is require except one mentioning you n your spouce dont have any property in del ncr. The affidavit you can get from outside vikas sadan just in 100 rs.
4. 14 15 ka itr ..they are accepting but take also form 16a of 13 14

Hi parveen…you simply need to take your one year bank statement mentioned in application form or the account from where you will pay allotment money.and for ward detail you can check through google by putting your PAN no.

Documentation camps for Narela and Rohini flats are being organized in DDA office Vikas Sadan.
In case anyone wants to surrender his/her flat, write application to the
” Deputy Director(housing) coordination”. Give the following details in the application:
1. Your application number (Obviously most important)
2. Details of the flat ( type, area, flat no. etc)
3. Details of the bank account from which payment is made(name, IFSC code etc.)
4. In the end, your personal details( Name, mobile number, email ID etc.)
Attach the following documents:
1. One ID proof (PAN CARD, ADHAR etc.)
2. Copy of bank payment receipt.
I attached a copy of application form as well. Do it if you want to. Sign on the application and every document you are attaching with the application. Submit the application on counter number 4 of Vikas Sadan office of DDA. The concerned person will give the acknowledgement and you are done. Registration money will come back in a month or two as they said.

One DDA employee said that DDA(and not the bank) will return registration amount to those who have been allotted flat in the draw and want to surrender. This is what I came to know when I went DDA office.
The payment receipt that I attached had on it written “Your payment of INR XXXXXX is successful. You application number is XXXXXX”.
For your query regarding the finance money, it is better to go to the DDA office of Vikas Sadan with all your payment documents and ask them. There won’t be much of the rush and you can ask them in detail.
Reach New Delhi and take metro to INA station. There you can ask anyone the location of DDA office.

I have paid their 1 lac so that i can grasp my acknoledgement slip but bank handover me only NOC letter… and have no clue/information about my acknowledgement slip. I have one query regarding document verification and particularly about requirement of AFFIDAVIT (declaring that I or my wife or dependent do not own house in Delhi area). Can I prepare affidavit from out of Delhi because I do not live in Delhi and dont want to take any chance making Affidavit in Delhi due to que. Should I preapre AFFIDAVIT which is given in ANNEXURE-C in DDA BOOKLET ? PLEASE ADVISE.

mam there is no any special camp for siraspur. you can get your documents verified on any working day. I have been also allotted lig at siraspur and I have already get verified and deposited my zerox copy of documents on 01st jan at vikas sadan new delhi.

DDA put the costing details for all the flats on there site. There are two amounts DSPSL_CST and LND_PRMM Plus other charges. Any Idea we need to pay sum of DSPSL_CST+LND_PRMM+Other costs or just need to pay DSPSL_Cost it includes everything ?

DSPSL_CST includes LND_PRMM OTHER CHARGES as per my letter. However total amount paid(100%) would be more than DSPSL_CST. Approx 1.7 lac extra for electrical maintenance charge and service tax etc will be added.

Narela G-8 is really very far from the city.still i am confusing buy or not.
I also got a flat in Narela G8.I am also confused with whether I should buy that or not so I visited the flat on 25-Jan. The size of a bed room is 7 feet X 9 feet and size of hall is 9 feet X 11.75 feet. Locality wise, I guess it would take next 5-7 years to have minimal facilities in near by location. Very Confused.

I have received login id and password for which i opened and updated my emailid and mobile no there, i am yet to get my verification done. i am in dilemma whether to keep or surrender the flat.

My demand letter is generated and its visible online. But I am yet to receive a hard copy of the demand letter. Today I received an sms from RM-dirhou to download the demand letter and submit the payment online.
Can someone pls confirm if Hard Copies of demand letter are being sent or we have to make the payment on the basis of copies downloaded from internet only.
Also if someone can clarify once the payment is made how to we send the intimation to DDA that the payment has been made.

Need a quick help..I generated the challan,Selected payment option as ICICI bank for NEFT.I got ICICI bank a/c no DDAH90025683 on challan to deposit the amount. But while I trying to add that in my Payees list getting ‘Invalid Account Number’. is Anyone else facing same issue?
If I am correct, payment of more than 5.00 lacs is to be made in RTGS mode.
The payment of challan is to be paid through a Bank.
Can we can’t make it online? I generated new challan for different Bank and now able to add the account as NEFT Payee.Can someone please confirm we can make it online or we need to visit bank to make this?

Can you pls tell me how many challans did you generated for making the Payment. The Bank RTGS limit is Rs 10 Lakh per day but the total payment that is to be paid from my side is 12.5 lakhs. Also tell me whether the payment was directly made to DDA by your bank from which you took home loan or your bank loan amount got transferred to your account and then your paid to DDA from there?

I have generated only one challan, and i have taken loan from sbi account & bank has done directly payment to DDA through RTGS.
I have made my payment. Process is very simple. There is no limit on any challan.Produce it to your bank along with your payment cheque. It will be automatically transferred to your DDA account
