After successfully declaring the draw result of Swapnapurti housing scheme on 30th November, CIDCO is all set to refund the registration amount of the unsuccessful amount from 10th December 2014. CIDCO charged Rs. 25,000/- from the EWS applicants and Rs. 50,000/- from the LIG applicants of the scheme as registration/booking amount.
UPDATE: CIDCO has started refund of unsuccessful applicants of Swapnapurti scheme and the amount will be deposited in the bank accounts of applicants by 20th December.
The information came to us through a comment made by a Master Plans India visitor with the following words.
“We will send the consent letter to the winners from December 20 onwards. The beneficiaries will get SMS about confirmation of the award within three days. The deposit money of those who failed to win the draw will be refunded from December 10,” said a CIDCO official.
As per the official statement, CIDCO will send the consent letter to the winners of housing scheme from December 20 onwards. There are about 1,500 applications still in the waiting list for which the draw will be announced from the flats which left unsold or surrendered.
The authority sold about 97,000 application forms and received 86, 855 combined number applications from both EWS and LIG categories from 704 and 2450 1BHK flats respectively. The applications for the scheme were invited from August 1st to September 5th but the last date was later extended to 19th September after an overwhelming response from the applicants.
