CIDCO Lottery 2019 Upcoming Housing Scheme in Navi Mumbai
The upcoming CIDCO Lottery 2019 for homes at lower rates to people will be implemented with sum of Rs. 19,000 crores. Around 53,000 flats are expected to be available for Lower Income Group (LIG) and 41,000 units for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categogy.
CIDCO is going to offer 90,000 affordable homes in Navi Mumbai area under CIDCO Lottery 2019 upcoming housing scheme and expected flats size would be 25.81 sq. m (floor area) for EWS while 29.82 sq.m (floor area) for LIG category.
The upcoming CIDCO Lottery 2019 in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra will have all the units 2 KM of the rail network, bus terminals and metro network. The CIDCO board is also keen to reach the metro test run scheduled in Dec. 2019.
