CIDCO Lottery 2014 EWS Flats to Cost About 16 Lakh

City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO) which will launch the 2014 lottery scheme in Sector 36 Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 22 July has kept the price of EWS flats at Rs. 15,78,300/-.

Under the CIDCO lottery 2014, it will offer around 3292 flats to the different groups of the society including EWS and LIG. The LIG flats under the scheme will be offered to the eligible candidates at a cost of Rs. 23,93,000.

Out of the 3292 flats, 704 will be built for the economically weaker section (EWS) while 2590 flats will be built for the lower income group (LIG) of the society. The LIG flats have an area of 34.36 square meters and EWS flats have area of 28.55 square meters.

CIDCO will launch the 2014 lottery housing scheme on 22 July when it will inaugurate Cidco exhibition centre built at a cost of Rs. 380 crores in an approximate area of 21,562 square feet. The exhibition center contains two halls of approx 5,000 square meters each sub-divisible for smaller events and functions with ancillary facilities, meeting rooms, cafes, lounges, food court, etc.

There is one central hall between the two large halls to be used as an additional exhibition space. There is a public hall of about 2,000 square meter on first floor. A business center in 7,597 square meter of area has three levels for different purposes. An ancillary block will have administration & plaza, maintenance office at the first level. The second level in ancillary block will offer food court, library & semi-open gathering space for social functions.

A provision of parking for at least 450 cars is also there in the CIDCO exhibition center.
