Chhattisgarh Housing Board invites applications for flats in different locations of Raipur under the new housing schemes 2015. These flats are situated at 5 different locations of Raipur in which total 3297 flats are on offer for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group of the Society.
Under the scheme the flats are located at:
• Pirda, Raipur
• Nardaha, Raipur
• Arang, Raipur
• Machewa, Mahasamund
• Saraipali, Mahasamund
The authority offers multi-storey flats and individual houses in the above locations. The registration for the scheme had been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of registration is 31 March 2015.
The allotment of flats will be done by the lottery process and the flats can be allotted to any applicant who has applied for the schemes. If the applicant refuses to the allotment then the registration amount of the applicant will be refunded with the 10% deduction. In the registration period, the offer letter will be opened on every Friday 4:00 PM after collecting the application forms on the same day till 3:00 PM.
