Chhattisgarh Housing Board invites the applications for housing flats under Atal Vihar Yojna. The flats are on offer for all categories of the society included Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group.
Under the scheme the flats situated at 6 different locations of Raigarh like Sargarh, Dharamgarh, Gharghoda, Sariya, Baramkela and Gamhariya, Jashpur and number of flats are on offer in these locations. Out of all categories maximum numbers of flats are on offer for EWS category. Registration had been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of registration is 31 March 2015.
Scheme Details:
The allotment of flats will be done through the process of lottery and the flats can be allotted to any applicant who has applied for the schemes. If the applicant refuses to the allotment then the registration amount of the applicant will be refunded with the 10% deduction. In the registration period, the offer letter will be opened on every Friday 4:00 PM after collecting the application forms on the same day till 3:00 PM.
