Chhattisgarh Housing Board invites applications for new housing scheme 2015 in Kabir Nagar, Raipur. The flats are situated in Patpar Bhatapara and Arjuni Baloda Bazar near industrial complex of Kabir Nagar.
The offering total 113 flats for Economical Weaker Section, Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group of the society. Out of total flats, 62 units are on offer for Lower Income Group. The cost of the flats starts from Rs. 4.20 lakh upto Rs. 29.30 lakh. Under the scheme, the board also has offering some shops and offices in Kanchan junga complex and Arpa complex on ground floor, first and second floors.

Registration for the scheme had been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of registration is 28 February 2015. The allotment of flats will be done by the lottery process and the flats can be allotted to any applicant who has applied for the schemes. If the applicant refuses the allotment then the registration amount of the applicant will be refunded with the 10% deduction. In the registration period, the offer letter will be opened on every Friday 4:00 PM after collecting the application forms on the same day till 3:00 PM.
