Orissa State Housing Board has announced the lottery draw result of OSHB Residential Apartment at Dumduma Phase-VII Bhubaneswar and the list of successful applicants included in the draw are available on the official website of OSHB.

The draw result for the allotment of 518 multi-storey residential apartment complexes was conducted on yesterday 7 April 2016. The successful list includes the applicants of EWS (economical weaker section), LIG (lower income group), and (medium income group) categories. The list can be accessed by using the link below:

The registration for the allotment of flats were invited in the last month of 2015 from 1 December to 31 December 2016. In this project 518 units were offered by the board of which 162 units were for EWS available in G/S+4 structure, 160 for LIG available in S+8 structure and 196 were for MIG which were available in B+G/S+8 structure.
