Plots under the scheme are located in Ratanpur Viskar Part-1 Shatabdi Nagar Phase-1 and available for economical weaker section (EWS) category.
After releasing the list of applicants for KDA Ratanpur Viskar Part-1, the authority has all set to declare the lottery draw result for which a lottery programme is being conducted by the officials of Kanpur Development Authority and department officials. After the completion of lottery programme, winner list and successful applicants in the draw to be uploaded on the official website which could be accessed following the above link.
