DDA has finally rolled out the system for the winners of housing scheme 2014 to check the allotment status online. DDA Housing Scheme 2014 winners who have been allotted flats after document verification can not check the status of their flat allotment by entering their user id and password. The user Id and passwords to many winners have been assigned after the document verification.
The applicants who have been given username and passwords can check the allotment status online by clicking at the link below:

The document verification cum allotment camps for the Rohini and Nerala area are still running from 1st January to 31st January. DDA has started the online system for allotment process to bring in more transparency and efficiency to the flat allotment process.
All the applicants who gets their documents verified at the DDA allotment camps will be assigned a USR ID and Password to check their allotment status.
DDA had offered a total of 25,034 flats under the scheme and the draw result for the scheme was announced on 26th November 2014. About 150 of the successful winners have surrendered their flats back to DDA because of many reasons such as locality or size of flat.

I also got document verification done at DDA.
I received Allotment letter too on my Residential address with user ID & Password.
After logging in I can see that demand letter is generated and payment schedule is reflected.
Hope you will also receive the same at your postal address.

I got my verification done at 2nd jan, and received their message on 13th Feb but am yet to receive the online demand letter.

sir, i too got MIG 402 B Block in mukherjee nagar. Today i submitted all affidavit and documents with copy of payment challan. But dealing staff was not ready to take next action like paper for CD and stamp duty etc. Have u submit stamp duty etc ? my number is 9968102200

I have paid the DDA application payment for the bid on behalf of my wife from my ICICI ACCOUNT.
Now my wife has received the payment cheque of Rs.100000,mentioning icici bank account no of mine in the refund cheque,my wife do not have the icici account,
she has deposited the cheque at SBI where she is having the savings account,SBI has refused to accept for the same mentioning “the cheque has mentioned the ICICI AC NO:,so it has to be credited to ICICI ONLY.
Therefore,I request you to give me the Right contact persons email ids or contact nos to solve the same.

1. if cheque only has your account number and not the name of your wife then submit it to your account branch at ICICI.
2. If the cheque has your wife’s name and your account number then to avoid any issues in cheque clearing, please make your wife co-account holder of your ICICI account and then deposit the cheque in that account, this way it will fulfill both needs, one is your wife’s name and other one is your account number to get that cleared.

website https://dda.gov.in is fully functional now.just put ur user id and password given at dda camp for dwarka sector 23b.all 8 tabs are working now.according to information posted in this website demand letter was generated on jan.02,2015, so expect it to be delivered soon.there is pay online tab for payment thorough rtgs/neft/online and dont forget to generate challan after payment and keeping it for future references.

We also got our documents verified on 1st Jan’2015. But no information for demand letter/user iD.
The date for verification of documents is extended to 28 Feb 2015 from 31 Jan 2015 as per the advertisement given in Times of India of New Delhi 24 Jan edition. I also reconfirmed this fact from DDA official.
