Chandigarh Housing Board the development agency of area is planning to launch a scheme for the sale of housing units through CHB Housing Schemes 2017. Time to time, CHB launches housing scheme for the sale of housing units for different segment of the society.
According to the source, CHB will launch a new housing scheme in Sector-53 for the plan has already been created. This time, the quantity of flats will be more than the number of flats offered in the last scheme of CHB launched in April 2016. In CHB scheme 2016 only 200 flats were offered for the allotment, for CHB hadn’t got much response.
For the approval, the site layout plan, it has been send in the office of Plan Approval Committee of the Estate Office. Once the plan is approved, the Chandigarh Housing Board will start the further process of CHB upcoming scheme.
According to the source, the scheme will have around 80 housing units of EWS type, 120 units of one-room flats, 100 two-room flats and approximately 200 three-room flats. The price of the flats was yet to be determined. The Chandigarh Housing Board authorities have been expecting that the response of the upcoming scheme would be better than the scheme launched in the April, 2016.
