Chandigarh Housing Board has all set to launch new housing scheme 2017 for the allotment of 263 flats. Punjab and Haryana High Court directed the CHB to launch the scheme.
The Chairman of Chandigarh Housing Board, Manindar Singh informed that 28 February 2017 is determined as the last date of the scheme for submitting application form. And total 263 flats would be offered for allotment.
Of total, 27 flats of 3BHK type, 102 units of 2BHK type and 60 flats for LIG (1BHK) and 74 units for LIG category would be available for sale and the EWS flat would have only one room.
The brochure of the scheme has been prepared for the cost is Rs. 2,000/-. The scheme is available for oustees quota that means the people whose land and house had been acquired under the Act of acquisition from 31 October 2007. Only these oustees applicants would be eligible to fill application for housing units in the scheme.
The allotment of these flats would be done through freehold or leasehold basis.
The scheme comprises of 263 flats located at different area and the vacant flats from recently launched CHB scheme at Sector-51 are also added in the scheme.
