Chandigarh Housing Board has announced the draw result of the general self-financing housing scheme-2008, Sector 63. The draw result of the scheme has been announced on 4th and 5th July 2015.
The draw of lots under sub scheme-A and sub scheme-B held at the CHB premises, Sector 9, Chandigarh, on July 4-5.

The applicants who have not deposited installments along with interest on delayed payments will not be included in the draw. The list of these applicants is available on the official website of Chandigarh Housing Board and can also be viewed on the notice board in the CHB office.
The housing board is inviting applicants to submit their objections, if any, by 1st July. No objections will be considered after that. The board has also announced that the applicants who have not paid the outstanding dues should pay by 2nd July, else their allocations will be cancelled and the housing units will be sold through open auctions.
Only the successful applicants will be included in the draw, the applicants who have been rejected can submit their objections regarding the same in writing by July 3, 2015, by 10 am.

Earlier, Chandigarh Housing Board was expected to give the possession of the flats by June 2015 but its not too delayed.
