Chandigarh Housing Board to Launch New Scheme 2016 at Sector-51

Chandigarh Housing Board is going to launch its most awaited housing scheme for the residents. According to the source, the Chandigarh Housing Board will launch its new housing scheme under self-financing scheme on 1st April 2016. The last scheme of CHB was launched in 2008 in Sector-63 for more than 2100 flats for which CHB had received a great response from applicants.

According to the statement of Maninder Singh, the Chairman of Chandigarh Housing Board, the board is ready to launch CHB new housing scheme on April 1 and all the formalities and paper works have been completed for the launch of new scheme. The board has selected seven public and private bank for the sale and receipt of application form/brochure for the scheme.

According to the source the new scheme will offer 128 2BHK flats which would be located in Sector-51. The flat in the upcoming scheme will be comprises of living/dining room, two bedrooms, balconies, kitchen, store, dress space and two toilets. Under new housing scheme of CHB, flats will be available in the size of 1054 square feet which would cost Rs. 69 lakh. These flats are constructed with latest technology and modern design.
Application form for the scheme will be available at the price of Rs. 1000/- in the authorized bank branches listed below:
