Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for the allotment of freehold residential plots at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Misrod Phase-2 Housing Scheme 2015. It is the best opportunity for general category to purchase a freehold plot in BDA Bhopal Plot Scheme 2015.
The scheme is situated at 30 meter & 24 meter proposed road of master plan. The advertisement for the scheme was made on 29 May 2015.
The Authority has offering both online & offline modes for convenient registrations for the scheme. Registration for the scheme has been started from 1 June 2015 and the last date of application submission is 15 June 2015.
Under the scheme three sizes (135 square meter, 90 square meter & 60 square meter) of plots are available for registration. The estimated cost of plot starts from Rs. 14,31,900/- for 60 square meter plot which goes upto Rs. 32,21,770/- for 135 square meter plot.

How to Apply: Registration for the scheme can be done through both online and offline mode. Online registration can be done by using the official website of Bhopal development Authority. The cost of application form for online registration is Rs. 250/- while for offline registration the cost is Rs. 500/-.
The Allotment of plots under the scheme will be done through a lottery process.
