Bhopal Development Authority Mahalaxmi Awasiya Yojna 2015

Bhopal Development Authority invites applications for its new housing scheme named as Mahalaxmi Awasiya Yojana under which MIG flats are on offer. The Authority offering total 512 MIG flats (Super Build-Up Flats) and the registration for flats can be done by both online and offline modes.

Under the scheme five categories of flats are available for registration. The super build-up area of first category (Sr. MIG) flats is about 1737.41 square feet with the estimated cost of Rs. 43,16,680/- and the super build-up area of last fifth category flat (MIG)is about 1382.66 square feet with the estimated cost of Rs. 34,08,383/-.

The allotment of flats will be done by draw of lots and the date of the draw will be published soon; the unsuccessful application will get their refund after the draw of lots.
