BDA Paikarapur-I & II Housing Scheme: Bhubaneswar Development Authority has announced lottery draw date for BDA Paikarapur-I & II Housing housing projects at Bhubaneswar. The Lottery draw result for BDA Paikarapur-I & II Housing Scheme will be conducted on 18 May 2016.
In this regard, the authority has published a notification on the official website of BDA. The authority will conduct a lottery draw result on 18 May at IDCOL Auditorium and the programme will begin at 10:00 AM.
Applications for the allotment of housing units in the scheme were invited from 20 January to 20 February 2016. and 368 units of 1BHK and 2BHK flats were offered in the scheme through online mode of registration. Paikarapur-I is located in plot number 1604 & Paikarapur-II is constructed in plot number 1531, Bhubaneswar.
