Bhopal Development Authority has launched new housing scheme named as Katara Hills Housing Scheme 2017. BDA Bhopal invites application for unreserved vacant residential plots from 968.4 sq. feet to 2367.2 sq. feet. Estimated cost of these flats is from Rs. 18,21,100 to 44,51,570. Candidates may choose online or offline method to apply for residential plot.

How to Apply
Bhopal Development Authority invites applications both from online or offline procedure. Candidate may choose any option.
Online Registration: To get application form candidate can visit official website of BDA – www.bda.org.in Rs. 300 will be charged as registration fee through E-transaction.
Offline Registration: Candidates using offline procedure needs to send application form along with Demand Draft. DD is to be send at the name of

Send application from 5th June – 27th June 2017. Rs. 500 will be charged & application form is available at accounting branch of authority.
