Bhopal Development Authority again invites applications for the allotment of flats under BDA housing project named as Katara Hills. Under the project the flats are on offer for lower income group and economical weaker section. The authority offering 1BHK & 2BHK flats under Atal Ashya Yojna for EWS & LIG Category.
The project consist 119 units of 1BHK & 2BHK flats out of which 29 1BHK type and rest of units are 2BHK. The super build-up area of 1BHK flat is 350.45 square feet and for 2BHK it is 550.37 square meter. The estimated amount of 1BHK and 2BHK is about Rs. 5 lakh & 10 lakh with the registration amount of Rs. 50,000/- & Rs. 1,00,000/- respectively.

How to Apply: Registration for the scheme can be done through online registrations by using the official website of www.bda.org.in Bhopal Development Authority. The cost of Application Form for online registration is Rs. 100 while for offline registration it is Rs. 200/-; for 2BHK the online application form cost is Rs. 200/- while the offline cost is Rs. 400/-.
