Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojana – To boost the affordable housing in the area, Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) is going to construct an stack of 200 duplex houses under ambitious scheme “Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojana” These housing units will be constructed over the area of 50 acres.
According to the sources, BDA Bareilly has aimed to construct 50,000 flats to benefits about 2,00,000 people. Two thousand of these flats have already been constructed.
Chief Engineer of Bareilly Development Authority, Ajay Singh, informed that the Ram Ganga Awasya Yojna is a big project of 269 hectares and the project estimated worth is about Rs 25 crores. And the scheme is aimed to provide housing units with top-class facilities.
As per the information, the proposal of this project has been sent to the concerned department and the construction work will soon be started, once receive the required resources.
Each flat in the project will be developed at the estimate cost of Rs 25-30 lakhs. The houses are expected to have sewage treatment plant (STP), a substation, parking facility and plantation.
