Bhopal Development Authority invites applications from the economical weaker section and lower income group for the allotment of 73 flats in BDA Bhopal New housing scheme 2016 at Maharishi Patanjali Parisar Yojana, Gondarmau. The authority has published a notification on the official website of BDA to invite applications.
Under the new scheme, the authority has offering 73 units of 1BHK and 2BHK flats of which 24 units are available for EWS category and remaining 49 flats are reserved for lower income group of the society. In this scheme, all 1BHK flats are reserved for EWS category while for LIG category the authority has offering 2BHK flats.
The applications for the allotment of flats are being offered through offline mode of registration from 11 April 2016 to 11 May 2016.
The estimated area of 1BHK flat is around 384.34 square feet while for 2BHK it is 548.32 square feet. The cost of these flats varies floor wise.

How to Apply: Registration for the scheme can be done by using any mode offline or online according to their convenience. The registration for the scheme has been started from 11 April 2016 and the online registration for the scheme can be done by using the link below. The cost of application form for online registration is Rs. 100/- and Rs. 200/- while for offline registration, the applicants will have to pay Rs. 200/- and Rs. 400/- for 1BHK and 2BHK respectively.
