Lakshminarayan Sharma Aerocity Phase-I Freehold Plot Scheme 2016: Bhopal Development Authority has launched a new residential plot scheme for the allotment of 475 plots in Lakshminarayan Sharma Aerocity Phase-I Freehold Plot Scheme 2016. These residential plots are available for allotment under Aerocity Yojna 2016 of BDA Bhopal.

The scheme comprised of three types of units-2324.16 square feet, 1452.6 square feet and 600 square feet. The majority of plots under the scheme having a size of 600 square feet following by 2324.16 square feet, 1452.6 square feet sizes.
The applications for the allotment of residential plot under the scheme are being offered through both online and offline mode of registration. The registration for the scheme has been started from 12 January 2016 and 1 February 2016.

How to Apply: Interested applicants can apply for the scheme through both online and offline mode of registration. The online applications for the scheme can be submitted by using the official website of Bhopal Development Authority www.bda.org.in. In case of online online application, the registration amount for the scheme to be submitted only through e-transaction, the authority will no accept the remaining amount through, DD, Cheque or Cash.
For offline registration, application form can be purchased from Bank of Baroda and Bhartiya Mahila Bank branches by paying the cost of application form. The cost of online applications form is Rs. 250/- while for offline application form the cost is Rs. 500/-.
