RGHCL organization is specially created to provide the housing facility at reasonable price to the economically weaker section of the state by effective implementation of the housing schemes.

Eligibility for Basava Vasati Scheme
There are following eligibility criteria for online registration of Basava Vasati Awas Yojana 2024
- Applicant should have permanent resident address of Karnataka state.
- Applicant household income should not be more than Rs. 32000 per annum.
- Applicant should not have own a pucca house.
