MP Housing Board invites the applications for the registration of flats in Badabujurg, Burhanpur Madhya Pradesh. Flats are on offer under the MP Housing Board New Housing Scheme 2014-15. Under the Scheme, the flats are available for Lower Income Group, Medium Income Group and Higher Income Group. Earlier authority had invites applications for MPHB Ganga Sagar Housing Scheme in Ratlam
The plot area of LIG & MIG flats is about 40.00 square meter and 99.00 square meter with the build-up area of 25.75 square meter and 55.93 square meter respectively. The HIG flats are available in two different sizes which have plot area of 142.50 square meter 216.00 square with the build-up area of 77.25 square meter & 96.25 square meter. The estimated cost of LIG and MIG flats is about Rs. 7.23 lakh & Rs. 16.89 lakh respectively.
How to Apply: Registration for the scheme had been started from the day of advertisement and the last date of registration is 7 March 2015. The cost of Application Form for MIG and HIG is Rs 500/- while for LIG it is only Rs 200/-.
The Registration Form is available in Axis Bank branch Amravati Road, in front of Tapti Street Burhanpur. The application form will be submitted with the registration amount through Demand Draft/Challan (E.O. MPHIDB Khandwa) along with documents. For the scheme, special loan facility is also available from Punjab National Bank.
