Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad has launched its 3rd consecutive housing scheme in Mandola Vihar Yojna Ghaziabad. UPAVP is now inviting applications for allotment of 1235 multi-storey flats in Asra and Sapna Enclave located in Sector 4 and 5 in Mandola Vihar Yojna on Delhi – Saharanpur Road.
The start date of registrations of flats in Asra and Sapna Enclave Ghaziabad is 18 September 2015. Along with this scheme, two more schemes of UPAVP in Mandola Vihar are already running.

The flats in Asra and Sapna Ecnlave on Saharanpur road Ghaizabad are under construction and the applications are being invited on the basis of Self Finance scheme. UPAVP is offering 914 flats in Asra Enclave out of which 811 are type 1 and 103 are type 2. The minimum estimated cost at 3rd floor of type 1 and type 2 flats in Asra enclave is 9.45 Lakh and 14.10 Lakh respectively.
There are 321 flats being offered in Sapna enclave with 138 type 1 and 183 type 2 flats. Below are the details of the flats being offered in Asra and Sapna Enclave flat scheme 2015.

The rest 50% of the cost of the flats can be paid through easy EMI’s with interest in 10 years.
How to Apply for Asra & Sapna Enclave Flat Scheme?
The applications for the scheme are being invited through designate bank branches. The interested candidates can apply for the scheme by purchasing the application forms and scheme brochure at the cost of Rs. 500/-. The filled application forms has to be submitted in any of the below mentioned bank branches.
The registration amount has to be paid along with the submission of the application forms which is 5% of the cost of third floor flat.
The application forms for the scheme will also be available at the office of UPAVP at 104, Mahatma Gandhi Marg in Lucknow at the same cost from 10:00AM to 5:00PM.
