Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana 2017 – Application Form for PUDA New Housing Scheme 2017

Punjab Urban Development Authority has started a demand survey under PUDA Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana (PMSY) 2017 for providing free and subsidised houses to eligible people belonging to poor families. Punjab free housing scheme will benefit the people belonging to SC/BC.

Candidates willing to apply for Punjab Shehri Awas Yojana can apply for demand survey to be conducted by the government under the scheme. The scheme will be implemented in two phases, Phase-I and Phase-II. In first phase, free houses will be provided and in the second phase eligible people will be provided subsidised houses.

Part-1: Free House to Eligible Beneficiaries
Homeless Scheduled Caste (SC) and Backward Class (BC) families with an annual income less than Rs. 3.0 lakh in Phase-I and with an annual income less than Rs. 5.0 lakh in Phase-2 will be eligible for the scheme.

Part-2: Subsidised Housing for Eligible beneficiaries
In this part subsidised houses will be provided to below categories.

  • Slum Dwellers
  • Other urban poor having annual income from all sources less than Rs. 3 lacs.
  • Lower Income Group (LIG) families having annual income from all sources less than Rs. 6 lacs
  • Middle income group (MIG) families having annual income from all sources less than Rs. 18 lacs.
