Uttar Pradesh Awa Vikas Parishad (UPAVP) invites applications for online registration of flats in Vrindavan Yojna-3 & 4. The authority has started the online registrations for Aravali Enclave under Vrindavan Yojna no.3 at sector-12 & Everest Enclave under Vrindavan Yojna no.4 at Sector-18 & the scheme are situated at the prime location of Lucknow at Raibarelly Road.
Two weeks are left for the registration of Aravali Enclave & Everest Enclave Housing Scheme and the registration will be closed on 4 July 2015. Before the last date reaches, apply online for flat UPAVP Housing Schemes 2015.
UPAVP Everest Enclave under Vrindavan Yojna-3:
Under the scheme total 304 flats are available for all categories included EWS, LIG, MIG & HIG. The authority has offering 3BHK & 4BHK flats with the super area of 2128 square feet & 2381 square feet respectively. The estimated cost of 4BHK flats is about Rs. 91.70 lakh while 3BHK flats are available at Rs. 81.85 lakh. Registration amount for 3BHK & 4BHK flat is Rs. 4.0 lakh & Rs. 4.50 lakh respectively.

UPAVP Aravali Enclave under Vrindavan Yojna-4:
Under Aravali Enclave scheme, total 396 flats of 2BHK & 3BHK type are available for registration. 2BHK flats area available in two different types (2BHKC-1, 2BHKC-2) while 3BHK are available in three different types (3BHKB-1, 3BHKB-2 & 3BHK+S) & out of total 396, maximum units 174 are of 3BHK+S type. The estimated cost of 2BHK flat is Rs. 43.48 lakh & 44.81 lakh while the estimated cost of 3BHK flats is starts from Rs. 58.17 lakh which goes upto Rs. 65.91 lakh.
