HUDA Faridabad Sector 77 & 78 Residential Plot Scheme 2015 – Apply Online – Haryana Urban Development Authority has once again launched a new residential plot scheme in Faridabad. HUDA, this time is offering a total of 654 freehold residential plots in Faridabad Sector 77 and 78.

The applications for the scheme are being invited from today itself through online modes only. The online applications for the scheme can be filled online through official website of HUDA by visiting at www.huda.gov.in. The registrations under this scheme are being invited through general category candidates only.
There are 138 plots in Sector 77 and 526 plots in sector 78 under the new residential plot scheme. The rate of the allotment of the plots stands between Rs. 21,300/- to Rs. 26,070/- per square meter. The rate varies for the different size of the plots.
The size of the HUDA plots as usual ranges between 4 Marla to 1 Kanal. The authority is charging 10% of the total cost of the plot as registration amount. Last date of registrations for the scheme is 20 November 2015.
