Gorakhpur Development Authority has launched a new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of 126 flats in GDA Lohia Encalve Phase-II housing scheme 2016. The scheme comprises of 1BHK and 2BHK flats; 1BHK flats are available in 4 types while 2BHK flats has single type. Of total only 2 flats are available in 2BHK category remaining 124 units are 1BHK type.
Area of flats available in the scheme ranges from 37.00 square meter to 72.88 square meter.
Applications for the allotment of flats will start from 8 September 2016 and the last date of application submision is 7 October 2016. Till the last date of the scheme, applicants can avail the benefits of the scheme.

How to Apply: Interestd applicants can avail the benefits of the scheme within the registration period from 8 september to 7 October 2016. Appliation form along with the detail of the scheme can be purhcased from Andhra Bank Branches, Taramandal/Golghar, Gorakhpur; Axis Bank Branch Gorakhpur/Maharajganj/Padrauna/Devaria/Khalilabat/Basti/Bansi and Axis Bank Branch Lucknow by paying Rs. 400/-.
Completely filled application form to be submitted along with registration amount which 10% of tentative cost for general category and 5% for reserved category.
