Madhya Pradesh Housing Board launched a new affordable housing scheme Bairagarh Chichali, Kolar Road in MP and where the board will construct over 1,000 1BHK and 2BHK flats. Flats in MPHB affordable housing scheme will be available for EWS (Economically Weaker Section) & LIG (Low Income Group). For the first time, the MP housing board has come up with an affordable housing project in this area.

Flats in the scheme will be available in Housing Board’s Gaurav Nagar Colony. The housing project will be spread over the area of 6.67 hectare.
Registration Process
online bookings/registrations for flats has been started and interested applicants can register for the scheme through the official website of MP Housing Board mphousing.in. And the last date of submitting online application is 18 September 2017.
The possession of flats in the scheme will be given within the period of 2 years and no stamp duty is applicable to them.
