Eureka Group launched Diya Greencity Affordable Housing Scheme 2015-16 under Samajwadi Awas Yojana and invites applications for the allotment of 1669 multistorey flats in the scheme. The scheme was launched earlier in the month of September 2015 but the registrations for the scheme has started from 9 May 2016.

Diya Greencity Affordable Housing Scheme is located at Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad and this is the jurisdiction area of Ghaziabad Development Authority. Diya Greencity Housing Project is spread over the area of 11.7 acres.
Under the scheme, the developer is offering four types of housing units including, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and 4BHK in the price range of Rs. 15 to Rs. 30 Lakh. These housing units are available in 14-stoey building.
AWAS BANDHU and Housing and Urban Development Department, U.P. Govt has approved the detailed project report of Diya Greencity and the building plans and layout are approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority.
Application Procedure for Diya Greencity Affordable Housing Scheme under Samaujwadi Awas Yojana:
The Developer has offering both online and offline mode of registration for filing application forms for the scheme. Application forms can be purchased from the authorized bank branches at the cost of Rs. 200/-.
List of Bank Branches for Sale and Receipt of Application Form:
Dully filled application form along with the registration amount to be submitted in the same branches and DD/Cheque/Bank Draf to be submitted in favor of Diya Greencity Pvt. Ltd..
The applicable registration amounts are as follows:
- Rs. 35000/- for 2A, 2B, 2C type of flats
- Rs. 50000/- for 3A, 3B, 3AS, 3BS type of flats
- Rs. 75000/- for 4A type of flats
Procedure for Online Registrations:
Online application for the scheme can be filed by using the link below ‘Apply Online’ and in case of online application and the payment confirmation mail will be sent to the Email ID provided by the applicant and payment status can also be checked online ‘Check Online Payment Status’.
