City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO) inviting applications for flats under CIDCO Lottery 2016 in Kharghar and Ulwe in Navi Mumbai. Under CIDCO new housing scheme 2016, the agency has offering 380 flats for different segments. These housing units are available in four housing projects of CIDCO located in Kharghar and Ulwe.

Vallyship is located at Sector-36 Kharghar offering 212 flats, Vastuvihar & Celebration are also situated in kharghar at Sector-16 and 17 comprises of 94 flats. Remaining housing units are available in Ulwe in Unnati Project located at Sector-19A.

How to Apply/Application Procedure:
Registration for flats in the scheme has been started from today 17 October 2016. From today, application booklet and applications form can be purchased from CIDCO Bhavan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai; Raigad Bhavan, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai and All Bank Branches of TJSB Sehkar Bank Ltd. (TJSB Banks) in Maharashtra.
Completely filled applications forms can be submitted in all bank branches TJSB Sehkar Bank Ltd. (TJSB Banks) in Maharashtra. The applications form with applicants Photo must be self attested which to be submitted along with EMD (Earnest Money Deposit). The EMD to be submitted in the shape of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favour of ‘CIDCO Ltd.’ payable at Mumbai/Navi Mumbai in the same bank branches during 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday up to 2 December 2016. Application will not be accepted on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

Along with Application form, applicants will have to submit either a copy of the cheque of his/her bank account or a cancelled cheque for refund of the registration charges.
